Brew & Stew offering sober rides

Cresco - Brew & Stew is taking place this weekend, Saturday, March 16.
Representatives of F.I.T. Running Club came up with a safe way to celebrate the St. Patty’s Day event. “Even though we love to have a lot of stew and maybe a bit of brew with some possible shenanigans, safety is always #1 to us. We are happy to announce that Brady Norman, owner of Hydro 360, has stepped up to take the lead to help make sure everyone is safe for our fun events.”
Norman will be shuttling Pub Crawl participates between the three local pubs on Saturday from 5:30-8 p.m., with Burke Auction Ambulance. (You can’t miss it. It’s the one with flames!)
Norman is also heading up, with the help of other local sober volunteer drivers, a  safe ride home (within Cresco) to those who feel they may have had one too many.
Remember: buzzed driving is drunk driving!
This weekend, law enforcement is “stepping up” around Northeast Iowa. “F.I.T. wants everyone to have fun, but in a safe way! Rides provided, with a free will donation.”
Sober driver dispatch number is 507-517-8936, more information will be at check-in and registration at Burke Auction Service and at participating Pub Crawl Pub’s.
