Car vs. ambulance

CRESCO - On Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2021 at approximately 12:49 p.m. the Cresco Police Department and the Howard County Sheriff's Office responded to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Highway 9 and 7th Street West.
Upon investigation, a 2013 Ford Fusion had pulled into the path of a Regional Health Services of Howard County ambulance that was heading west-bound on Highway 9.
Both vehicles sustained major damage. The driver of the Ford was transported to RHSHC for evaluation. Cresco Fire, RHSHC EMS and Cresco Towing and Recovery assisted on scene.
