CRESCO - There has been quite a few accidents over the past few weeks. Here is a list from Chief Tim Ruroden.
• 10/07/17 Hit and run accident near Kwik Star, minor damage.
• 10/12/17 2 vehicle accident on Hwy 9 near Kwik Star, damage to both vehicles, minor injuries reported.
• 10/18/17 2 vehicle accident near Hwy 9 and NE IA Appliance, damage to both vehicles, no injuries reported.
• 10/19/17 2 vehicle accident near Hwy 9 and NE IA Motors, minor damage, no injuries reported.
• 10/21/17 Hit and run accident near 3rd ST E and 4th Ave E, damage to 2 vehicles, and minor damage to a building.
• 10/18 and 10/19/17 It was reported to the Cresco Police Department that five vehicles and a home were damaged by a possible BB gun sometime overnight in the area of 3rd ST E (200 block). Anyone with information is urged to contact the Cresco Police Department at 563-547-2424.
