Cresco Public Library Annual Used Book Sale is April 26-28

Cresco - The public is invited to attend the Cresco Public Library Annual Book Sale, hosted by the Friends of the Library.
The sale takes place Thursday, April 26, 4-8 p.m.; Friday, April 27, 9-5 p.m., and Saturday the 28th, 9-12 noon. Donations of items in good condition are welcome during regular library hours until Wednesday, April 25. No encyclopedia sets, medical, text books, or Reader’s Digest condensed books are accepted.
The sale features used books in a variety of genres, such as fiction, non-fiction, romance, religion, cookbooks, children's books, teen books, science fiction, inspirational fiction, and more. The sale also includes movies on DVD and music CDs.
Prices are as follows: $1.00 for adult hardcover books; .50 for adult paperback books; .50 for children’s hardcover books; 25¢ for children’s paperback books, and $1.00 for all video and audio. Saturday is a bag sale, with $2.00 for each bag full of items.
All proceeds go towards our electronic resources such as BRIDGES e-books and various online reference categories that can be accessed through the library's website homepage at www.cresco. lib.ia.us.
