Fullhart formally charged with Murder in the First

CRESCO - Brian Allen Fullhart, 34, was formally charged with Murder in the First Degree on Sunday, March 11, so his preliminary hearing, set for March 12, was cancelled.
Fullhart is charged with murdering his wife, Zoanne Fullhart in the early morning hours of March 1 at 700 S. Elm St. in Cresco.
His next court date will be his arraignment, which is set for Monday, March 26 at 11 p.m. He will appear before the court and enter a plea of guilty or not guilty.
Fullhart is currently being held on a $1 million bail and is housed at the Winneshiek County jail.
