L.S. cemetery honors board member

On April 22, Earth Day, Pleasant Hill Cemetery board members planted a tree in memory of Jim Miller, who recently passed away unexpectedly. Besides being a board member, Miller also mowed the cemetery for the past 10 years. 

Fellow board member Stacy Dohlman said, “He had a lot of pride in caring for the cemetery, and he enjoyed the challenges it presented him with. He usually had a story to tell about his experiences out there. Most people don’t find enjoyment in spending time in a cemetery, but Jim did. He always did a wonderful job, and he will be greatly missed.”
