Photo Contest due July 13

CRESCO - Time is running out to enter the Times Plain Dealer’s “My World” Photo Contest. Entries are due by July 13 at 4 p.m. at the Times office at 214 N. Elm St., Cresco.
Entry forms can be picked up at the office or requested by calling 563-547-3601 or e-mailing Marcie Klomp at tpdeditor@crescotimes.com.
Categories include Scenic, Nature and Places; People; Life in Iowa; and Youth - 18 and under. Prizes will be given to the first-place winners, which include $20 in Chamber Dollars and two Cresco Theatre tickets. The Best of Show will receive $40 in Chamber Dollars.
The photos will be on display at the office and available to look at during Ridiculous Day, on Thursday, July 16. Winners will be announced Friday, July 17.
