Power of Empathy

—Program open to public at CHS
Cresco - Howard-Winneshiek Community School District is offering a program, which is open to the public, to its 6-12th grade students on March 17.
There will be two programs held in the high school auditorium. One at 9:30 for 6-8th grades and one at 10:30 for 9-12th grades.
Principal Chris Rogne noted there is limited seating for visitors, as approximately 600 students will be attending. Visitors should sign in at the office upon arrival.
Kim Fitten will give a presentation based around empathy and learning the importance of understanding what others are going through. 
She is a published author, blogger, Educator, motivational speaker, professional coach, Lead Educator and founder of LOGIC Kingdom Education and school administrator at Liberty High School in North Liberty.
If parents are unable to attend, they should feel free to ask their children about the program.
