Trump Train travels around county

The Republican Party of Howard County organized a Trump Train parade on Oct. 11 that covered the county. It was a come-and-go event that started at Howard County Fairgrounds. Riders then traveled to Protivin, Elma, Riceville, Lime Springs and back to Cresco.
There were 200 UTVs, 100 cars and trucks, a couple dozen motorcycles and a semi. The group even claimed several dozen Amish youth on bicycles.
The group stopped in each town, getting food and refreshments. According to pictures and videos from the group’s Facebook page, everyone had a great time.
