Jenny was born on May 28, 1942 to Matthew and Genevieve (Bilek) Ludwig.  She was united in marriage to Robert Daryl Grover on Feb. 17, 1962 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.  Robert preceded her in death on Oct. 17, 2006.  Together, the couple farmed in Maple Leaf and raised their three sons.
Jenny loved her family, friends and her pets including cats, dogs, horses and mules.  She also enjoyed camping and farming.  She could often be found horseback riding and going for ATV rides.  She was known for planning elaborate four-course meals during planting and harvest season and would set up a table in the field waiting for the tractors to come to the end of the rows to stop and eat.  She always made sure no one went hungry while in the field.
She was an avid cook and loved to read cookbooks.  She was known for her wonderful sense of humor and could find something funny in any situation.  Her favorite song was Alan Jackson’s “Remember When.”  She was a devoted farm wife, a wonderful mother and adoring grandmother.  Jenny will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her sons, Kent (Darla) Grover of Winona, Minn., Kurt (Patricia) Grover of Elma and Brian Grover of Elbert, Colo.; special friend, Delbert Selk; four grandchildren, Chelsie Grover, Katie Grover, Brandon (Jill) Grover and Samantha (Chase) Hotvedt; three step-granddaughters, Erin, Lauren and Megan Malone; four great-grandchildren, Wyland and Mylah Grover and Gracelynn and Annslee Hotvedt; her sisters, Marcella Gebel and Dolores Opat; and many nieces and nephews.
