FORMERLY OF CRESCO - Jacqueline Marie (Lalley) Russell, age 80, passed away on June 6, 2021 peacefully in her home in Fordland, Mo.
There will be a memorial service at Carter Funeral Home in Thayer, Mo. on Friday, June 11, 2021 from 6-8 p.m.
Jacqueline was born on June 5, 1941 to Irwin and Grace Lalley in Madison, Wis. She married George Russell on March 23, 1961 in Couch, Mo. She was a wonderful mother and homemaker for 60 years. The family moved from the Madison area to Cresco, Iowa for 10 years and then moved to Thayer. After retirement, the couple moved to the Springfield, Mo. area.
She will be truly missed by her family and friends.
Jackie is survived by her husband, George Russell of Fordland; her daughter, Dawn Davidson (Joe) of Springfield.; son, Boyd Russell of Logansville, Ga.; daughter, Becky Russell of Henderson, Ark.; and daughter, Tina (Steve) Horner of Rogersville, Mo. She is also survived by her sister, Rosemary (Ron) Stanko of California. The light of Jackie’s life were her seven grandchildren and two great-granddaughters. In addition, she is survived by many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by daughter, Diana Kay; son, Tim James; her parents, Irwin and Grace Lalley; sister, Bonnie Lalley; and brother, Dennis Lalley.
