HoCA Golf Tourney raises over $3000

CRESCO -   The Howard County Cancer Association (HoCA) recently held its annual golf tournament at the Cresco Country Club on July 11. The benefit raised $3500 for HoCA, which thanked all the participants, people and businesses who donated.

In the Championship Flight, the team of Daryl Vikre, Chris Lentz, Brenda Lentz and Jim Sovereign took first with a score of 60. Other results from the Championship Flight included: 2. Dawn Mensink, Alex McCabe, Austin McConnell, Will Thomson 61; 3. Vicki Sovereign, Gary Sovereign, Courtney Shimek, Justin Sovereign 63; 4. Chuck Malek, Kathy Malek, Brenda Kubik, Tom Kubik 64; 5. Jeremy Moellers, Kelly Moellers, Jerry Ferrie, Kathy Ferrie 65; 6. Mark Bohle, Cindy Butikofer, Brian Midthus, Erica Sajdak 67.
