Softball playoff pairings announced

CRESCO - The Iowa High School high school post season playoff pairings for Class 3A (Crestwood) and Turkey Valley (1A) were recently released by the IGHSAU.
In Class 3A Region 7, Crestwood (10-11) will play West Delaware (14-17) in West Delaware on Thursday, July 11 at 7 p.m. The winner will play either Dubuque Wahlert (18-8) or North Fayette Valley (10-12) at Dubuque Wahlert on Saturday, July 13 at 5 p.m. in the semifinals. The region final will be played on Tuesday, July 16 at 7 p.m. at a site to be determined.
In Class 1A Region 7, Turkey Valley (7-19) will play West Central (8-12) at Maynard on Monday, July 8 at 7 p.m. The winner will play Edgewood-Colesburg (24-10) at Ed-Co on Wednesday, July 10 at 7 p.m. The region semifinal will be played on July 12 at 7 p.m. at Ed-Co. The region final will be played on July 15 at 7 p.m. at a site to be determined.
