FORMERLY of CRESCO - Jerry Gesy, age 68, of Waterloo, Iowa, died on Nov. 22,2022 of natural causes.
Cremation was done and a private burial will be held at a later date.
Jerry was born on April 24, 1954 in Storm Lake, Iowa to Joseph and Alvina Gesy. He lived in Cresco for many years helping on the family farm and working at Donaldson Company. He retired from Tysons in Waterloo last year.
He is survived by siblings, Linda (Ray) Kapler of New Hampton, Iowa, Kathy (Kevin) McCombs of Cedar Falls, Iowa, Pat (Suzan) Gesy of Rio Rancho, N.M., Teresa (Mark) Spilde of Decorah; many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews; and special friend, Torya Hart of Waterloo.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Fr. Larry Gesy and Mike Gesy; and infant nephew, Andy Spilde.
