Crestwood Girls' XC Team, Nathan Ahern qualify for State Meet

OELWEIN - Competing at the Class 2A State Qualifier Cross Country Meet on Oct. 24, the Crestwood girls' team grabbed second place overall with 76 points to punch their ticket the Class 2A State Meet, which will be held on Saturday, Nov. 2 at 2 p.m. at Lakeside Municipal Golf Course in Fort Dodge. In the boys' race at the State Qualifier Meet, Crestwood senior Nathan Ahern placed second individually to earn a trip to the Boys' State Meet, which will begin at 2:45 p.m. on Nov. 2.
