Moellers advances to State Golf Meet

FOREST CITY - Crestwood Senior Cameran Moellers carded an 18-hole personal best score of 86 (40-46) to place third individually at the Class 2A Region Final Meet in Forest City on May 17 at Bear Creek Golf Course to qualify for the State Meet on May 25-26 in Marshalltown.
Crestwood placed fifth as a team at the Region Final with a score of 437. The top two teams (Sumner-Fredericksburg, first, 374) and (New Hampton, second, 379) advanced to the State Meet. Garner-Hayfield-Ventura was third at 389 and Estherville Lincoln Central took fourth at 428.
Chloe Bolte of S-F was the medalist with a score of 75.
Other Crestwood scores included: Kenzie Moellers 112 (54-58); Jaylianna Pedretti 119 (54-65); Kaiya Holten 120 (58-62); Danica Vsetecka 132 (57-75); and Callie Holten 135 (56-79).
