CRESCO - Clara Elenora Pecinovsky, age 90, died on Sunday, November 10, 2024, at Regional Health Services of Howard County, in Cresco, Iowa.
Mass of Christian Burial was held at 10:30 a.m., on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church with Fr. Nick Radloff officiating. Recitation of the Rosary was at 9:00 a.m., with visitation from 9:30-10:30 a.m., prior to the start of the service at the church. Burial was at Holy Cross Cemetery in Schley, IA.
Clara Elenora Pecinovsky was born on October 21, 1934 in Winneshiek County, IA, near Spillville, IA, the daughter of John and Agnes (Shileny) Falada. She attended St. Wenceslaus School in Spillville, and was united in marriage to Lawrence Pecinovsky at St. Wenceslaus Church in Spillville, IA on October 21, 1957.
She is survived by her son Gerald (Jolynn) Pecinovsky of Protivin, IA, daughter Joan (Dennis) Best of Fort Atkinson, IA, her grandsons Levi and Izaack Best, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Lawrence in 2012, brother Stanley Falada, sister Marie (Tony) Balk, 2 nephews James Falada and Alan Balk.
