FORMERLY CRESCO - Clarence Howard was born on Oct. 27, 1921, in Eldora, Iowa, the son of Steven Albert and Eva Loretta (Sherbon) Price. After Clarence’s honorary discharge from the service, he continued to farm in the Conrad Beaman area. He later farmed near Elma, Iowa. He had been a member of Elma, United Methodist Church and Elma American Legion Posts.
