Crestwood wrestlers crush Northwood-Kensett, Tripoli

CRESCO - The Crestwood wrestling team opened its season on a strong note on Dec. 1 in Northwood by posting impressive dual wins over Northwood-Kensett (69-12) and Tripoli (78-6).

“Basically, I’m glad we could get on the mat and wrestle,” Cadet Coach Keith Slifka said. “This meet was a good starting point for us. We’re lucky we were able to wrestle because some other schools haven’t been able to compete yet."
