Fousek pins Whitehead in finals, wins second straight State Title

DES MOINES - Crestwood sophomore Carter Fousek, ranked No. 1 in Class 2A, pinned No. 2 Cole Whitehead of Center Point-Urbana at 1:40 in the first period to earn his second straight State Title and become Cresco/Crestwood's 68th individual State Champion. Fousek completed the season with a stellar 40-3 record. Complete statistics will be in the Feb. 26 issue of the Times Plain Dealer.
